Started my on training for the biggest trade fair " COMMUNICASIA"on monday. Report at 2 and ended at 6. Yesterday n today is full day job and my feet hurts like hell. We were given pointed heels of about 3.5 inches and our working hours is 10-6. we do have breaks but not enough stil... OUCH. i cant wait for the next 2 days to pass. Im feeling very tired and i believe i will sleep much earlier tonight. exhausted by the pain in my feet...ZZZZZZZZZZZ, if anyone will to think our job is easy, what i can say is ure very wrong!.. wait till i have more energy, i will add in more info. seeya

Weather has been rather cooling for the past few days. This month has been rather quiet and no much castings as last month. Unfortunately, i didnt get the patene job. How sad. Ive been losing alot of hair. Now, i truely understood why some people would say that after birth can result in losing hair. It is really scary at the rate of dropping hair.

3 days ago i brought jessica for her second swim at our pool with sand on the ground. Daddy bought her a swim ring that i picked at toy"r"us. I was excited to let her try and finally we did it!

Hello everyone! i have been too busy with different castings, fittings and the audition for the singtel grid girls. The audition is quite similar to MSU ( miss spore). Contestants will need to wear bikini into the audition room to face the judges. I felt quite okay with it cos this isnt my 1st time and ive done shoots with bikini b4.

Yesterday, i had a shoot for some profile pics on the grid girl thingy. The whole thing took quite long. Lots of waiting time. however, ive also done a hair show that required alot of waiting too. From morning abt 7 to 10 at night. However, after much thoughts, ive decided not to go on with the competition, too much committments and what if i dun win and i cant always leave jessica alone with the maid, i will get worry about it. Futhermore, ive got some work in June too, when they need most of our june dates. too bad la!

Currently im looking forward to a "pantene" print ad job, to be used in China. Pretty good pay for a print ad. I love doing print ads cos it doesnt require NGs, and i can freeze my smile pretty well too.pray! pray! la, cos the production manager mentioned that my hair is a good length and came forward to touch it....

"just isnt the same anymore"

The above statement isnt related to what im gonna write. Today i just did a starhub ad. there are 4 different stories in that ad. My story is about a father and his group of friends watching tv that is in the baby cot when the baby isnt there. my role is the mother of that baby, who walks in with a crying baby showing a pissed face.
I was told that it was a full day shoot that takes up to 10 hours. fourtunately, it ended within about 4 hours including hair and make up time. I am very glad with the job. I was informed by a gal from the singtel grid hirl thingy to attend a briefing tonight, but i couldnt turn up, so i skipped on that. i asked her whats the briefing for, she said to take some measurements. So i asked her again, does that mean that i am shortlisted? she refused to answer and said i will be informed during the briefing. funny right?
Any she also asked me to take down some shooting dates and if im available otherwise, it will be useless too.. so lets see how it goes then...

So shiok, today is a public holiday and i can continue to slack but poor william has to go to work. Anyway, last night was scary. Jessica was crying non stop for about an hour and we have no idea what made her cry. We checked her tummy if theres wind, put some medicated oil too in case if it is tummy ache, but we just cant tell what went wrong. According to william, the same thing happened too when i was out doing a shoot. We brought her to KK, but ended up not seeing the doc cos the queue takes about an hour of waiting. The admin nurse wasnt very friendly, as she was handling the application, i told her we might just give it a miss cos the wait is too long. She slammed her keyboard. terrible! People who knows william might know his face when he reacted to her actions, he just cant be bothered n walk off.. haha...

Anyway, yday i went for the audition for grid girl. There were many girls and lots of "young" ones. The audition turned out to be what ive imagined and expected to be. It was like Miss singapore's, just that they have more judges. One of the judges, said "Andrea! you looked familiar!" omg! cos ive seen him too. next qns " which batch were u?" haha. He's also one of the judges from MSU. Geez i dunno man, i had fun and didnt shiver at all this time compared to 2 yrs ago. Maybe after all the training from modelling. Events, meeting people. Facing cameras is pretty easy. Now i knowwhy some contestants during the MSU competition are so relax, prob due to experience w modelling.

Anyway, ive gotten a tvc job on wednesday. Finally i managed to find out, it is for starhub. So catch it when its out la. Quite happy and excited about it cos it is my 1st proper local tvc. More to come.... HUAT ah....

I did an event on friday for samsung.. so they needed alot of girls. Over here, you can see most of the girls from various agencies such as upfront, mannequin, looque and cue models. however the girls from cues are missing from this pic. Quite a big event, cos they employed performace from the states such as from the " america's got talent" programme. Too bad i couldnt bring my camera to take their pics..

The whole family went out on saturday. On thursday i went out with my sister and i found a orange singlet for jessica that is the same color as one of my top, so i bought it and decided that "we" should wear it on the same day. This is how we look like

Today is another relaxing day. I dont have anything much to do. No castings too. So i guess i can spend more time with the little girl. She is so tired after being out the whole of yesterday when her dad brought her to Sentosa with her grandparents and the maid while the mother is shopping away at Vivocity with her fren.
I think i made the right choice cos i get free aircon and its hot at Sentosa. Actually it isnt free cos i ended up shopping and e damage is i got some tops and a pair of ALDO shoes that r on offer. I tried to hide my shopping from William b4 he starts to nag. "Shopping, shopping ah"
To me, women just love to shop. (most women?) At vivo, u can claim parking for min $50 spent, for 1 point. I gotten 3 over points so u can see roughly how much ive spent. haha but im really happy abt it. NEAR NEAR, pls dun nag at me after my confession of my shopping spree. haha. Love ya, muckss

Im getting happier man.. Going to Japan next week, finally i can go travelling again. Thank you dear for taking me to Japan again once more. i really enjoyed myself the last time. Disneysea, the beautiful cartoon houses and characters. Oh my god, can believe im going there again. This time round we will be staying in Otani hotel, instead of Keio hotel we stayed the last time, in Tokyo. We tried the Otani hotel in Osaka the last time, which william thought it was quite good so he decided to book it for our Tokyo trip.
Anyway, the new maid has arrived! woohoo, so far so good on the 1st time, her cleaning is quite good. Can speak very well, but at least we can still communicate. I hope she is not just good for now. Jessica sleeping time has also improved, she can sleep through the night. After our hard work of training her, she is sleeping just like us. She sleeps at about 1130pm earliest, 130am latest. Night owls like us and all the way till about 8 plus, 9plus for her 1st feeding. Hard work pays off for training her.
Next, catch the next issue of Maxim. Last thursday i just did the shoot. I will be on cover for the mother's day issue, "special" i think cos they interviewed me on my marriage life and having a kid. I hope i wont look overly sexy, otherwise william might nag me. haha
This week not as much casting comparing to the last 2 weeks. So i also get to relax more and feeling happy. I think such happiness encouraged the flow of milk, breastfeeding. Haha...
Cant wait for the holiday but too bad jessica cant go with us cos she is still rather young to be travelling. otherwise i will be even happier to have her around, shouting and crying at me. My poor mother will have to take up the job of looking after jessie. not sure is it happiness or unhappiness for her.
I think it shouldn't be too difficult when she sleeps alot at night.Sometimes i will have to wait for her to wake up to drink for her 1st feed of the day. cute la! all mothers will think that their baby is cute!

We all went to spore flyer on sunday and that will be the 2nd experience for william and I. It shall be a memorable day as Jessica Poo Poo when it took off. So everyone in the capsule get to smell her delicious contribution. haha

yo yo.. ive been a little bit lazy to update my blog. Since jessica is sleeping on the sarong, i should make use of this time to update. Recently i just did a video shoot with the CEO of SPH for this new upcoming search engine. The CEO will have to give a speech and it will be presented in 3D form and i will be coming out in this part where he mentioned about a tiger and i will pop out. So in this shoot, i have to wear a tiger suit where they rented it from the costume shop. To me the suit, looked more like a rabbit suit than a tiger. haha.

Couple a days ago, william and i brought jessica to East coast park. We went to take a stroll after visiting Eugene, his wife and his newborn baby.jessica enjoyed looking at the lights n and she looked so cute.

Today was quite an exciting day. I wanted to bring Jessica and Aunty out to meet Wan Ping to catch a movie. So before gng out, my agency called me and asked me to go for a casting behing katong shopping so i thought i should give it a try cos u never know when u get a job.
So i dropped off 1st and the two of them will wait for me at Katong Shopping cos its a short casting, they just need to take some pictures of me. Its for terminal 3.
After my casting, i went to meet them and we took bus 14 to cineleisure to meet WanPing. We bought the 515om show for leap years. the show is not bad and ive been catching alot of shows recently. I must make use of my time while aunty is around to help me. We took pictures at the neoprint shop with jessica. Its so so fun and jessica didnt know what was happening, i carried her here and there to pose. i will try to post the pics cos its pretty small.
Next at the cinema, we tried to keep her as quiet as possible cos its a romantic show too. there was a moment when it was completely quiet she made a noise, everyoone turned back, so embarassing. haha
towards the end of the show, i tot she might need more warmth, so i took off my jacket. Just as i put it over her, the show ended... BLAH...

Last night we went to Suntec for our facial appointment at 5pm. After our facial we , before entering the ECP, we went passed the Singapore Flyer so william asked me if i wanna to take a ride on it. So we did. the ticket was $29.50. Below 3 is FOC, above 60 is $20.50. the ride was 30mins. The capsule is big and stable, so it felt rather safe comparing to those ive taken in Taiwan and Japan (Osaka). The capsule we took had the 2 of us and another malay family of 3. We took lots of picture. We felt like a tourist in Singapore for the 1st time. That was interesting. Oh yeah, we tried the Popeye's chicken, it tasted like KFC and the biscuit is very nice.
