Friday, weekend is here.... when was the last time i blog? did a couple of things yesterday. Personal things for my pleasure. Met my sister, had our fish slice soup with ice lemon tea continously for 2 days for lunch. Went Takashimaya to buy Biotherm products that my sister wants to recommend. Been going to taka so much because i have voucherssss of it and its very shiok one. Brought $150, used up and top up another $20 bucks for products. At least im using something good for myself which is good.
There is a huge sale at Takashimaya Square and i might go back there later with my sister, bringing down more resources ( vouchers) ya hoo... We were stuck in taka due to the rain, we decided to take a cab to Katong Shopping Centre for out facial appointment. Started queuing at hte taxi stand that is very long. After waiting and finally gotten on board, we realised that the rain has stopped. Took a detour, went to the public carpark where my sis parked her car and that detour ride cost $5.
Next stop Katong s.c, i have so much pimples and blackhead so i must clear them and Aunty Merli will come to my rescue.. haha.. Aunty Merli's facials are very afforable... My sis did hers 1st and then my turn... All in all it ended about 6 plus.
We went to meet William for dinner at Majestic Hotel. Its my 2nd time there. Tell u, the food there is fantastic. The appettizer and the soft shell crab and durian ice cream is the best among all the dishes that are very good as well, so yummy.....






Durian Ice Cream, the fried batter is so tasty and so crispy. The batter is hot and hard while the durian ice cream is freezing cold and hard inside.













Dessert No.2 sorbet with aloe vera, berries, grapefruit. The frozen grapes on top. Didnt know frozen grapes are so nice, i will try making some at home.














Dessert No.3. Chinese fried pancake with redbean. This dish is pretty common so cant expect much from it. It isnt as oily as other restaurant, more healthly bah.

Appettizer, one wasabi fried prawn on top of a piece of watermelon. On the left its peking duck's skin, underneath is goose liver and i always forgot the term of it called. Anyone can tell me?

Two different cooked style of fish. The one on the left is nicer.

The famous Soft shell crab that im trying to promote on.. Its deep fried with mango sauce and diced mango. wahhhhh

Oops, load the wrong picture, this isnt from majestic hotel. This is one of the dish from imperial treasure or palace ( cant remember) at great world city. One of the better dish cos the rest not nice, to ME. Since i load it, i also lazy to remove it.

Back to the dishes at Majestic, this is the hot and sour soup, suan la tang. good sia!

Fried Mee Sua. not bad but my mom can cook better! Thats all the food i can share from there.
