Im feeling kinda lucky these few days...i hope it will not change until my exams are over... touch wood.

Went for a casting on Tuesday afternoon for a dove shampoo ad, to be screened in Vietnam. I hesitate for a while on going for the casting due to some factors which are
1. vietnam ad
2. quite a big assignment, and i would think my chances may not be that high.
3. Casting place is a little far
4. Exams are around the corner, could it be a waste of time?
5. If i get the job, i would waste a day to, study? haha

After telling my mom that i dont feel like going, she made a remark " Normally, those castings that you dun feel like going, you will get the job"
After she made that statement, ive decided to go esp when she offered me a ride and after that to the agency to get my cheque.. finally, after waiting for quite a while. haha

Indeed, my mom's prediction was right. yesterday afternoon, my agency called me. saying that im shortlisted and they are choosing between two gals and im one of them and i have to be prepared to head to the casting place to allow the stylist to check the condition of my hair, anytme from abt 2pm to 6pm.

Took a nap till about 5:30pm, no news.. when its closer to 6pm, my mom asked me whether i wanna join her for a swim. Thinking that my chances is getting from slim to almost nothing.. I went for a swim with her and my nephew Owen .

At about 630pm i received a miss call from the agency saying that i am picked by them.. Hooray! i gotten the assignment. My 1st shampoo cum conditioner ad after being asked by many ppl if i am ever offered for a hair ad.

Immediately came home, shower, washed my hair and ZOOM to the casting place... did some fittings, photos and etc.
Went to this Salon at meridien hotel, forgotten the name though, quite a nice place for hair treatment and now im getting myself ready for tmr's job. 11hours, tough job too, in swimsuit. wahaha!
