Finally i can come back to my blog because i just gotten my new laptop and a camera!!!! so i can continue to do my updates.  I love my new computer.. it is much thinner and lighter without the CD drive. I dunno the model but it is acer. I love the color. Looks like dark bronze. No time to blog further cos i need to go out for lunch but im sure i will be back soon.

Been lazy to upload pics from Sydney , that's why i haven't been updating my blog. There were too many pictures and much more words to describe. I have nothing much on today so i can take my time then clean up the house for Chinese new year.

This was taken on the 1st few days, can't recall when. Weather was pretty cooling. We were at darling harbor. One of our frequent place.

Found our spot and there were mosquitoes (sand flies) Jessica got bitten. "BORING!'

Few days later , we were back at Darling Harbor to Sydney Aquarium and we saw a baby T-Rex. It looks so real. The guy in it, could control the Dino body like the Dinos we saw in Jurassic park.

I bought Jessica a Donut while the other 2 cousins were asleep and i remembered that my sister were eating the Oporto's chicken wings although i didnt snap the pics.

The kids proceed to this empty space to play. Jessica didn't dare to join in as she hates it when the sand enter her shoes or stepping on the grass.

At the end of the day, we took the train back cos my sister's car was sent to the mechanics.

One hot afternoon and i gave them a cooling bath. They love it.

She didnt allow anyone else to sit except herself. She seem to know that, it is especially for her. So cute. It seems like yesterday when she was born with zero knowledge and now she knows alot more.

There were about 12-15 kids. Even i lost count. That lady from Mac told me that there isnt much games for the kids to play as they were quite young. So we had just 1 game and most of them didnt know what was going on. So funny!
After the game, its MAKAN time. I think the adults enjoyed the food more than the kids. Kids just walk all over to destroy!

Jessica can never look straight into the camera! haiz... I love the birthday cake. I thought it was very cute. William find it a little small. Its 1.5kg. If we had more time, we could customise it with a more complicated design. Patissier needed more than 2 weeks . Furthermore they are close on the 1st january and we needed it on the 2nd. So this is the best we can get. It was DELICIOUS!

I didnt get to take any pictures with my daughter so we gotta do it at home. the party lasted 1.5 hours so everything was in a RUSH.

1 of her birthday present from aunty cadence. So cute. I always wanted a bumble bee suit but i cant find a nice one for her.

Next day, daddy and i brough out . We had dinner ION at some lousy serviced restaurant. We waited 45 mins for the food. Thankfully Jessica did sit through, until the food came and go. I was very happy with her performace.

Christmas is over and now the focus is on Jessica's birthday. Nothing much to plan for or prepare, we will leave everything to Mcdonald's. We are holding a party for her at King albert's mac. I hope she will enjoy herself and have fun. I do agree that she has a good life. I must say she is blessed to be born in a family that could provide. i didnt have what she had, that i am very sure. By the age of 2, she went to Australia twice and 3rd time soon. Once to perth and the other to Sydney. Even William hasnt been to these 2 although he dont seem very interested as the shops close very early. Oh Thailand twice and countless times to Malaysia-Genting Highlands.
We had a Christmas party on the 26th and it was overwhelming. They were alot of people in the house and the house isnt big enough. haha. She received lots presents and she enjoys tearing the wrappers. I hope the birthday will go smoothly and her birthday cake from Patisseur wont be late like Bakerzin last yr- super late and the beehive looks more pink than yellow. Terrible.
We had quite a hard time to look for her cake this year and William wants a nice one. we couldve order it from various choices of cake shop. Patisseur need more than 2 weeks in advance to customise a constructed cake. So in the end we order a simple one that they ccan produce in such short term notice.

Sydney?

William asked me whether i want to go Sydney to visit my mom and sis. I think he knows that i do miss them and that is very sweet of him to be so thoughtful. It would be good to fly there but not sure would that be too much expenditure this few weeks. My xmas present, delicious meals.. Jessica's presents etc.. If i will to go Sydney, we will arrange for our maid to home and visit, since Jessica and I wont be around meaning there wont be much chores for her to do.

I need to find out on Jessica's Shicida school, cos we paid for the next term and i wont want to waste any classes in Shicida cos they are expensive. Last Saturday i went to one of Jessica's classmate place, cos he and his mom is leaving for China so we wont be seeing them. Maggie (1 of the parents) invited me to join their gathering at Coasta Del Sol. I had fun, so did Jessica. They are a bunch of fun loving parents, esp Fiona. She is so funny.

If we stop her class, i wont get to see them and that will be a waste . It is more fun to have ppl thhat you know in ur "daughter's" class. I better call the school again for more information and advise. Their lines are so busy. Good business, Big business.

SIBEI sianz.... they picked someone else instead. the job is off for me.... sianzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz......................................................................................................... this whole yr just isnt good for me. you wont believe it.... sianzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz ah.. lesser layer also cannot.. nevermind la.. i ren ming le.

This hair dye tvc does have alot of problems. Now they wanted to layer my hair and my agency is afraid that, the layer might have my hair look fizzy esp after the hairdye when it is such a light color. So he suggested "very minimal" layer otherwise dont do this job. Prior to that he asked me whether i mind layering, i said ok, cos i seldom cut my hair and my hair is the very flat type. Keep kept asking me " are you sure, are u sure?" that frightens me a little. So i told him to decide for me as long as he thinks it is the best for me. So, i am at same point again. See whether the cilent side accept my terms and vice versa.
To reach that color effect, or even close to it, no need to bleach meh? can that be done? dont know got cheat me anot.

nothing much has happen these days and once again i am lazy to load pics. I am into the shopping mood. This xmas season makes me feel like spending compared to the last ones...

I went for a casting 2 weeks ago for a hair dye tvc. I asked for brown just in case i get picked. So i was shortlisted for it and agency gotta discuss the rates with me again and i accepted it. Until today i get to know the color. It is the one on the left. The other girl gotten the one on the right, Both of us preferred each other's color, but due to different hair styles, we cant exchange. They wanted my straight hair and her curly hair. So i accepted the terms on this beige.


This is something really different and ive never tried. mostly likely i have to dye it back to a darker color somehow, because most job prefers dark,(nautral) hair. Recently, ive been losing alot of hair, and this is making me feel so stressed. I dont want to end up being bald or very little hair. William always say i eat too salty. Cant help it, it is a bad habit, i know. Hopefully i can get a confirmation soon on this job and hopefully it is shown in spore, so i can see the final result. William sprained his feet yesterday at a football match w his west side friends, so i have to pick him up later and send him to a doc.

Just sent my mom to the airport. The plane will be taking off in about 10 mins time. 830pm. She is offered for a free upgrade to business class, which is a good deal esp for a 8 hours flight. When she walked into the customs, Jessica started to cry. Just before she walked in, i was explaining to her that Popo is taking a plane, flying to Sydney and we will fly there next time to see Korkor Owen and Jie jie Melanie. I think she understood the part where Popo is taking the plane without her and the rest of us, which explains why she cried so much and loudly. She was so sad, i could hear it through her cry. I became sad too, as if my mother would be away for 10 years. She was so so so sad......

Popo was waving on her way in and im sure she felt sad to see Jessica cry too. She called up soon to tell me. My mom has been staying with us for a few nights so naturally Jessica became close to her too. Jessica must be wondering why Popo has been packing her bags. Im happy to see my mom getting excited and full of happiness. First of all, she loves that place and she can get to see her other daughter and grandchildren, esp Owen. So i am happy for her although i will miss her company. We see each other alot , very often. For now, i am the only one left in Singapore out of my initially family of 3. My mom, my sis and myself. To think about it, it isnt good that my sis has to be there, cos one of us has to be alone in somewhere. So Jie jie, please come back soon. Take it as, your kids need to come back for Singapore's education.
I hope i can get more jobs so i can have the $ to fly over soon , "when" the weather is cool too.

So sianzzz. everyone is moving to sydney to stay. My mom will be joining my sister for a long while. She is flying off this Sunday. Im happy for her that she wont be living alone like she is in Singapore. Cos i have my own place,  those who are married should roughly understand why she has to live alone. I felt bad at times when she comes over and gotta drive herself back home, but this isnt within my control cos my in laws are not staying w me and i cant make such request to William too mah. Maybe when she is older and i hope she will live till old age.
It is good and quite a relief for me that my sis can watch my mom's back. Very often i will worry she might meet accidents at home. A bad fall and all.. She is totally alone and i cant really afford her to have a maid, furthermore her place is so small that she dont really need a maid to clean up.
It isnt easy to live with my mom, she has her weird characte, she's like was our MOM and DAD since i was primary one and my sis secondary one. So in many ways, she wants to be in charge and im sure my husband couldnt stand it.
What i hope for now, is to be able to fly over soon to meet them and i definately want to bring Jessica along so she can see her cousins again. I love seeing them play and interact, even though she is the smaller one who might get bullied. Cant go in January cos it should be hot and it is Jessica's birthday and i wanna have a party for her, probably at KFC or Mcdonald's? havent decide on that yet.
I guess Feb or March should be good. Provided i dont get pregnant or etc. Her air ticket will be ex by then cos she's 2 then.
well.. mommy... you have fun and take good care of urself. Although i screamed at you alot cos u drove me mad, i dont mean it and whenever you are around i feel safe. EVEN till now.. HUGS

Dinner at the night market, wakable distance from the hotel. The driver dropped us there and we walked back on our own. Lotsa things to see. I wanted to do a roadside mannicure but no time and everyone was so tired after all the walkings.

While waiting for the food, and Jessica cant wait so we had to let her walk around. Siti didnt follow her closely enough and got scolded by William. He says the Ang mos here like little kids. Very dangerous! we were also afraid she might get kidnapped. Never take any chances! But this girl isnt afraid of anything or anyone.

Wrong mode on the camera again, so the picture is over exposed? This is a landslide pic on the mountain, where the road is closed so we had to walk about 300m. Btw this is another mountain and i dunno the name too. Their names are difficult to remember.
